The Executive Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Commander Nugra to the rank of captain. Captain Nugra has been the commanding officer of the USS Victory since June of this year.
This is the culmination of many years of fine service for Captain Nugra, including a posting as former first officer of the Victory and a long tenure at the Duronis II Embassy writing for many positions including security, intelligence and first officer.
