With their vacation terminated abruptly by Starfleet, the crew of the USS Thunder now face a possible menace in their own solar system!
An ancient base built by an unknown race of aliens that was discovered a few years ago by the crew has come back to haunt them. A new base has been deciphered from captured records that shows one might exist in the Sol System.
The situation has not improved as the USS Thunder has been suffering bugs in her shipboard software that could possibly leave the ship vulnerable.
The USS Thunder was dispatched to Jupiter’s moon Hegemone to investigate the validity of the data. Major Hannibal Parker and his team have launched in their stealth shuttle to investigate. Their actions proved something was there as they were scanned by an unknown device.
Following it back to it’s launch bay, the marine team began preparations to board and discover if this secret alien base is a threat to the Federation.
