USS Arrow celebrates moderate success with good times on Deep Space 3

DEEP SPACE 3 — After the mission to the planet Gentii opening potential relations in the future, the USS Arrow (NCC-69829) returned to Deep Space 3 for rest and reorganization.

The crew of the USS Arrow has a successful shore leave thanks to their hectic personal life. Captain Randal Shayne revealed his recent engagement to long-term companion and new Chief Intelligence Officer, Commander Ash MacKenna, as one of the new events.

“The Captain is an extremely private person,” commented Senior Chief Petty Officer Thaon Brom. “I didn’t even know he had a girlfriend! The lads in engineering wish him all the happiness in the world! Good on you, Cap!”

As their shore vacation on the Federation starbase came to an end, the senior staff and whole crew welcomed the news with open arms. However, at the time of publishing, the captain of the Arrow was unavailable for comment.

Among the other activities enjoyed by the team was a visit to a new Klingon eatery on the promenade. Lieutenant Tro’k, the Arrow’s own Klingon Exchange Officer, was happy that the Starfleet crew recognized his homeworld’s culinary prowess.

In the aftermath of the successful Bairiri, Ensign Maria Alvarez of the Ops department was ordered to join a new Starfleet diplomatic mission headed back to Genti II. The assignment was deemed temporary, and the team anticipated welcome her back in due time.

The Arrow left DS3 to begin their new mission of thoroughly surveying a previously unknown area of the Alpha Isles.
