T’Mar promoted to the rank of Commander

The Captains Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Commander T’Mar to the rank of commander!
Commander T’Mar – OOC, Mel – is currently the First Officer of the USS Constitution-B. She joined our community in 2012, and has served on the Apollo, Gemini, and now the Constitution in Security and First Officer roles. 
OOC, Mel is currently a co-facilitator of the History Team, a member of the Podcast Team, and an Academy trainer. She has also participated in the Publicity Team and was a judge in the Top Sims Contest. She has been awarded the Sheathed Sword, and Natasha Yar Pin, and earned the Excellence in Training Badge.
