It’s that time of the year again! Yep, the holidays are upon us and the end of the year is fast approaching. That means award nominations, reflection on this past year, and looking at what we will be getting into come the new year. There’s a lot to pack into this month, but try to take a few minutes to stop by the forums and see what’s going on these days:

The In Character threads are still going strong. Join in the cross-ship activities for your duty post, guild, or even just have a drink in the 118 lounge! https://www.starbase118.net/forums/index.php?/forum/464-in-character/

Another month-long writing challenge has been set up for December. Head on over to the writing challenge threads and consider your thoughts on the belief systems in the future: https://www.starbase118.net/forums/index.php?/topic/7980-december-2012-writing-challenge/

Any final thoughts or reports for the summer blockbuster this year? Be sure to submit them in the Klingon Invasion thread so that they can be archived forever! https://www.starbase118.net/forums/index.php?/forum/469-klingon-invasion/

Don’t forget to stop by and say hello our newer members! The welcome thread is a great way to introduce yourself and show what a great community the Starbase 118 Fleet really is: https://www.starbase118.net/forums/index.php?/topic/6645-welcome-thread/

And as always, there are lots of teams and taskforces that could use your help! Even if you only have a few minutes to give, there is certainly something on the list that you can do! https://www.starbase118.net/forums/index.php?/forum-105/announcement-29-fleet-activites-that-need-you/

No matter what time of year it is, there is always something to do on the forums. Come join us and take part in the fun today!
