Tal Tel-ar, who was profiled as an Academy Trainer just a few weeks ago, has been approved by the Captains Council for promotion to the rank of Commander, after completing the standard requirements and exams. He will now have the opportunity to begin working on his Captaincy requirements, and potentially take command of a crew for his Captaincy practical. Please be sure to congratulate him on all his hard work!
