Sal Taybrim promoted to the rank of captain

The Executive Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce that Sal Taybrim has completed the requirements for promotion to the rank of captain!
Taybrim is currently the commanding officer of StarBase 118 Ops, having been a member since 2013 and serving under FltCapts. Nicholotti and Renos, as well as Capts. Livingston and Capt. Leo Handley-Page in counseling, science, and diplomatic roles, as well as playing the first officer of Ops before assuming command.
Taybrim’s writer, Jamie, has been decorated with the Russ Bar, Nebula Bar, and TOSMA awards, as well as the Prantares Ribbon (Medical Officer of the year). She also won the prestigious Rising Star Award in 2015. Taybrim’s wiki profile won the Featured Bio Contest in November 2014.
