The Captains Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Commander Alex Blair to the rank of commander!
Commander Blair is currently the First Officer of the USS Apollo-A. Blair has been a member since May of 2012, and has served on the Tiger, Gemini, and Apollo, in engineering roles before becoming a First Officer.
Blair’s writer has been decorated with the Neelix Award and Scotty Cross, and has achieved the Excellence in Training badge. He is the currently Featured Bio Team Facilitator, as well as an Academy Statistician, a critical role that helps keep track of our training data.
