The Executive Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Commander Leo Handley-Page to the rank of captain. Captain Handley-Page has been the commanding officer of StarBase 118 Ops since January of this year.
Handley-Page has been a member since late 2010, and has served on a number of vessels with a myriad of characters to his name. He received the Silver Palm and Neelix Awards, and has been a Featured Bio Contest winner. He was previously the facilitator of the Podcast Team, but has also been a member of the Veterans Affairs Department, among others. He has twice been interviewed on our Community News:
