The Executive Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Commander Ben Livingston to the rank of captain. Captain Livingston has been the commanding officer of the USS Columbia since July of this year.
Livingston has been a member since June of 2012, simming under the same character. He has previously played science and engineering officers on both the Excalibur and StarBase 118 Ops. He has been recognized with both the Neelix Award and TOSMA I awards in the past, and was profiled last year on our Community News by FltCapt. Cascadia Rainier.
Be sure to offer Captain Livingston your congratulations, and we wish him the best of luck as he moves forward with his command career!
