The Captains Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Commander Alucard Vess to the rank of commander. Commander Vess serves at the Duronis II Embassy / USS Thunder as the First Officer to FltCapt. Toni Turner.
Commander Vess has been at Duronis II Embassy since the start of his career as a Medical officer, where he distinguished himself in the role and was promoted to Chief Medical Officer, before being promoted to First Officer.
