Today, we congratulate Andrus Jaxx on his promotion to the rank of Captain! He has officially completed his Captaincy Exam requirements, and his promotion has been approved by members of the Executive Council. Andrus has been a member since 2007, when he joined the Challenger under the command of Captain T’Pen. He later served on the Resolution, the Eagle, and finally on the Victory. When RAdml. Rocar retired, Jaxx took command of that vessel and began his Captaincy Exam. He serves as the Facilitator of Team Newsies. His crew will now move from the USS Victory to StarBase 118 Operations, where Jaxx will take command as station Commanding Officer. We wish him and his crew best of luck in this new journey!
