Forum Tip of the Week: rate posts

Ever wondered what that “Reputation” thing is on your profile? Or what that little plus and minus sign are for at the bottom of each post?
If you think a post is particularly interesting, or adds something unique to a given thread or forum, click the little green + sign in the bottom right-hand corner of the post, here:

This will increase the poster’s reputation, which is found on their profile:

Rating posts is useful to help create better content on the forums — the more someone is up-rated, the better their reputation, and the more they’re seen as one of our better posters! Encourage better posting by rating good posts!
