Starfleet hereby awards Sir Kyros Gideon (civilian resident of Starbase 118) with a formal commendation for his efforts serving the United Federation of Planets. Sir Kyros Gideon has distinguished himself by meritorious achievement and service and has assisted Starfleet personnel with their mission on a number of occasions. His hard work has brought a distinctive merit and truly helped the residents of Starbase 118 through some tough times.
