Star Trek Luna class USS Titan Tobias Richter 3

“May the dreams of your past be the reality of your future.”

A new frontier has been opened, with age-old mysteries hidden within its depths. On the far side of Romulan space, unknown worlds await discovery, and the call of exploration can be heard once more! Returning to that new frontier, the USS Avandar heeds a call for aid, setting out once more to fulfil Starfleet’s mission – to seek out new life and new civilisations, to boldly go where no one has gone before!

This week, we welcome back to the fleet our first Luna-class vessel, the USS Avandar. Again under the command of Captain Della Vetri, this ship launch is critical to opening new positions throughout the fleet for incoming ensigns and returning members.

Act quickly to submit your transfer request as the roster of new ships usually fills-up within 48 hours of our first announcement going out.

Check out the USS Avandar wiki page. Captain Della Vetri is also taking questions in the Avandar forum.

Here’s why you should consider a transfer to the Avandar

Want a change of scenery? A new duty post? Transferring to the Avandar can provide these things. You’ll also have the opportunity to help develop the tone and feel of the sim, while helping expand our overall community with the launch of a new vessel, which always brings opportunities for fresh stories, new friendships, and sometimes even the chance to move up to a new role like Department Chief (when available).

This launch in particular is of high importance, as we experience overcrowding on each of our vessels due to an influx of new and returning members. By launching a vessel, we can help open new positions for incoming members to ensure that everyone is more likely to get their first choice duty post.

Your promotion progress is secure

Your current captain will update Captain Vetri with your promotion progression and what kind of work you’ve done for your current ship to ensure that you’re still on the same time-line for a promotion as you were previously.

  • Apollo
  • Columbia
  • Constitution
  • Doyle

Start your transfer now!

Your captain has already been brief about this launch, and you are encouraged to submit your transfer form if you’d like to play on the Avandar. Our community staff are in agreement that help alleviate overcrowding on our ships is good for everyone, and no one will be barred from transferring.

This transfer request won’t affect your standing on your current vessel if you aren’t transferred to the new ship.

Simply fill out the form below with your contact information. We’ll add you to the list of potential crew for the launch and you’ll be notified later this week as to whether you’ve been accepted. Not everyone who submits this form will be able to transfer due to space considerations. Please note that we are not accepting new secondaries or PNPCs at this time – primary characters and established/existing secondaries only.
