Due to real-life considerations, Capt. Robin Phoenix is stepping down as the CO of the Victory. As such, the Victory crew will be split between the Constitution under Cmdr. Daydan Taboo and the newly recommissioned StarBase 118 Ops under Capt. Rocar Drawoh.
The new administrative positions for 2007 have been announced. Captain Rocar Drawoh will fulfill the position of “Captain At Large,” Captain Rhys Bejain will fulfill the position of Captains Council Magistrate, and Fleet Admiral Tristan Wolf will again take the position of Executive Council Magistrate. For more information, see the Councils area.
We’d like to update you on some changes happening in our fleet within the next week. First, the current crew of StarBase 118 Operations, headed by Captain Tyr Waltas, will be moving to the USS Discovery-B full-time. Meanwhile, the current crew of the Columbia, headed by Captain Mal Avatar, will be moving to StarBase 118 Operations full-time.
The Executive Council would like to announce some fleet changes. The USS Morningstar has been decomissioned, and the crew remaining have been transferred to the newly comissionede USS Steadfast-A. The USS Wallace has also been decomissioned, with her crew being transferred to the USS Independence. Best of luck to the newly re-arranged crews, as the take advantage of this new configuration!
Captain Mal Avatar has been appointed as the Captain at Large for the 2006 Executive Council. Please join the EC in congratulating him on the position.
