Tactical Data Report Introduction

The Tactical Data Report (TDR) came to be after the Reporter was retired, as a means of ensuring that the fleet was still aware of what was happening in the overall group. The benefit of the TDR over the Reporter was the simplicity of creation. The TDR was assembled only from the ship reports, which each captain must submit every month. Thus, it was more of a simple copy/paste job than it was an editing and compilation job, like the Reporter once was.

In its current format, the TDR simply functions as a quick and easy way to disseminate ship plot summaries to the community. We hope to keep it going in that vein as a way to retain a simple and easy newsletter for the fleet.

This section contains an online version of every TDR back-issue, since its inception. Any ranks mentioned within a Reporter issue are the ranks of the officer at the time of issue of that particular edition, and may have since changed.
