Personal History

Born into an influential London family, John Frink was groomed from
childhood to inherit the family business, importation of galactic art and artifacts. John Frink followed a normal educational path until the age of 13 when Father sent John to a prep academy near San Francisco to study art and history.

Because of his close proximity to Starfleet, John soon developed a fascination with the organization. At age 16, he was removed from the prep school because of failing grades and was recalled to London by his father. There, he attended several private schools, focusing on science, engineering and other galactic studies.

Against his father's wishes, John applied to Starfleet at the age of 20 and was accepted. John and his father have not spoken since.
