Personnel Area

The StarBase 118 fleet has been in operation since 1994, and in this time it has been growing steadily. This section is dedicated to our fleet personnel and is a complete listing of our members. There are two subsections to this area, the first being Vessel/Personnel Rosters, and the second being the Personnel Database System.

The Personnel Rosters

Viewing the Personnel Rostes will allow you to see all officers who are currently active in the UFOP fleet. You can click on any officer's name to view their character profile. The rosters are created by our database system, and are automatically updated as crewmembers are added, removed, or edited.

The Personnel Database System: Members Only

The UFOP Personnel Database System is a unique database that stores all the profiles for UFOP: StarBase 118 members. It also automatically creates our Personnel Rosters, and houses a number of other functions as well. All UFOP members should log into the UPDS regularly to update their profile. If you need more information, see the "Getting Started with the UPDS" section below.

Log in to the UPDS to view and edit your profile,
view other bios, or edit your account information.

Getting Started with the UPDS:

  1. Make sure you have read the manual for this system.

  2. Find your username.

    • Click here to open a new window which will display all of the usernames which have been created. They are sorted by the first letter of the character's first name. If you are a cadet and still in training, then your username has not been created yet.

    • If your your name is not on the list, and you are a UFOP member who has completed training, head to the "Add UPDS Username" form.

    • If you have just requested your username, through the "Add Username Form", your name will NOT be on the list below, nor will your username be ready to use yet. Please read the UPDS manual (link above). You can then go to the UPDS to browse through the "Guest Entrance" until you have received your userame.

  3. Retrieve your password.

    • If you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve it quickly by having it sent to the primary e-mail address listed in your profile!
