Well, I finally got round to writing an entry for this - and suprised to see only two stories in the competition so far!
I'll redraft it and get it posted - the topic title was a godsend.

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but idle curiosity prompts me to ask... Who actually are the judge-people?

Has been Captain Taboo, Commander deMarc (maybe one more) along with the winner from the last contest.
Anyone who can pinpoint it, please do. :blink1::)

My sources in Starfleet Intel have it on good authority that Rocar, Aitmen and DeMarc have been tapped... and is it really necessary to call Captain Taboo a has been? Surely a Captain deserves more respect...Tsk Tsk Tsk... ;)

Aww, Llewelyn, and I thought you could understand proper English, but I'm sure Captain Taboo knows I was not calling him a "has been" and I see no reason to retract the sentence. *lol*

It's the Southern influence that pegs (or plagues) me, is it? Using it as I speak, I tend to leave off the subject, but it is implied, making it proper south of the Mason-Dixon line, is it?
So the translation would be, "They have been..." (meaning Judges) or "It has been....( meaning Judge's Panel)" is it?
However, the question still remains, "is it?" It is! :blink1:

Isn't it?

Wait a minute, is this is turning into the 'Answer each question with a question thread'?

Is that the Welshness? They often end statements with "isn't it?" even if it's not a question.

"I'm from the valleys, isn't it?"

anyway - prod, judges, prod...

Yeah, I think Welshness, is it? Strange coming for a self-professed Southern boy from the West coast of the USA, isn't it? :blink1:

Helps to "prod, judges, prod..." *lol*
