In an effort to ensure that people do not use our forums as a sounding board for negative, hateful, or inflammatory comment, we cut off the ability to edit your posts after a certain time period. Information applicable to each member group is below:

- Junior Members have 30 minutes to edit their posts after pushing "submit." They can also not delete their own posts, or delete topics they have created.
- Senior members have 180 minutes to edit their posts after pushing "submit." They can also not delete their own posts, or delete topics they have created.

These policies have been put in force to prevent board members from posting inappropriate material, and then later editing or deleting their posts to avoid disciplinary action. Board members are encouraged to act as though their words are "written in stone." If you are willing to say it, you'd better be willing to stand behind it.
