How can I speak to someone right now to help me?
If you need help with something, like your application, you have a number of ways to find a response. Here is an outline of your choices:
Live Help
Take a look at the graphic to the right, which shows you how to locate our Live Help contact button on every page of our website. The area inside the small white-outlined box is an indicator which shows you if Live Help is online and available. If the icon in the upper right hand corner of this page is bright gold, like in this picture, then someone is online. If the icon is dimmed, then no one is available.
When an operator is online, simply click on the icon to to talk to the operator. A window will pop up asking for your name, and a chat session will begin.

Forums
Members of our community are on the forums almost around-the-clock. If no one's on the Live Help panel, try heading to this forum and posting a question. You should receive an answer fairly quickly.
